The Pilot Club Of PUCC will recognize, honor and celebrate the achievements of Detroit’s own Ed Gordon next Sunday during our annual Black Achievement Sunday services (July 14). We hope to see all of our church family and friends at our 8:30 or 11 am service.

 

 

PUCC Graduate Student Scholarship – 2019

The Plymouth Graduate Scholarship is available for any Plymouth United Church of Christ member who is actively pursuing an advanced degree in most fields of study beyond a bachelor’s degree. The requirements for consideration of this scholarship are the following:

1. All candidates for the Plymouth Church Graduate Scholarship must be an active member of Plymouth Church for at least five years or have evidence of voluntary duty in the church (e.g., Deacon Board, Choir, etc.).

2. All candidates must submit official transcripts.

3. All candidates must submit a 500-word essay on the prompt: “How would you use your degree to help others?”

4. Candidates currently enrolled in a graduate program must have a minimum 3.0 grade-point average.

5. Candidates currently not enrolled in a graduate program must provide evidence of admission to a program, in addition to, a minimum 3.3 grade-point average during their undergraduate studies.
